Procedure of change the status of agricultural lands

Procedure includes all steps till obtaining a decision to use a modified purpose.

Step 1:

Preparation of PSP for change of land use: the issue and endorsement of sketches, a development proposal to the Chief architect of the municipality.

Step 2:

Submission of project documentation for consideration by the Expert Council:

• Making of PSP -

  4 folders, applications and submission of documents to obtain the opinions of the conciliation service companies on the basis of Art. 121 of the LT.

• Production of transport and communication scheme.
• Submission of documents for issuance of Certificate of categorization.
• Tabling the matter for consideration by the Commission on the territory.

Step 3:

Moving and receiving advices from the relevant authorities, necessary for conducting the procedure for change of land use: introduction to the study (search and announced the development of stakeholders - neighborhood) and approve the project.

Step 4:

Submission of project documentation for examination and approval in the municipality.

Step 5:

Preparation, coordination and presentation of the Regional Directorate for „Agriculture and Forests” of all necessary documents to change the function of agricultural land.

Step 6:

Presentation of the final decision by the Commission on land for change the use on the earth. PSP - is produced in order to change the function of agricultural land.
